Не грузится ПК после установки видеокарты

Є комп з платою ecs h61h2-m6 v1.0 і відеокарта PNY GeForce GTX 1660 Ti XLR8. При встановленні карти в материнську плату появляється зображення і висне, в Bios не дає зайти. Витягаю карту, на вбудованій грузиться без проблем. Підозрюю, що треба оновити біос, так як на платі не останній.
Пробував оновити біос з Windows

але викидає помилку. Роблю бекап біоса, займає 2560 кб, а цей що заливається 2564 кб. Мудохаюсь 2 дні. Хтось може допомогти? Пиво, коньяк, гроші ? Можу під'їхати з системним блоком в будь-яку точку міста
