700 грн с 28го декабря, это как раз нормально (даже очень нормально), если брать Буковель(с.Поляница) Да и все села, в радиусе 10-12 км (а-ля Татаров и т.п.) тоже неплохо

У нас компания 8 человек, едем, правда, в низкий сезон (22-26 декабря). Из хороших коттеджей в буке смотрели Киптарык, Горный прутец. Остановились на Сосновый двирець. Платим за весь дом 1500/сутки.
